Scan or photograph the completed and signed application with all attachments and send all paperwork by the date indicated on the application form only to the following email address: studijdom@mc-velenje.si. Applications will only be accepted by email and only to this email address! Incomplete applications submitted on time will only be considered if there is sufficient information on the application for processing. Try and do it – you've got this!
If you submit your application in accordance with the conditions, you will be notified by email at the end of August with a decision on your classification for residence. If your application is not approved, you will receive a decision that your application has been refused and a notification that you have been placed on a waiting list. Hang on, it will be OK!
Don't do this, but if you submit your application after the closing date, we will save your application according to the date we receive it and only consider it once we have placed all applicants on the waiting list. It will take some time!
Summer is coming up and you're still on the waiting list? Last year's application is no longer valid, so you must submit a new one. Repeat the exercise! Read the rules, fill in the application, prepare the annexes, submit by the deadline and keep your fingers crossed.
